Darren said the facility tore his vehicle up worse than it was when he brought it in and he has a list of 22 items to discuss with them. He called and spoke with the Vice President of Sales who told him he would have the General Manager call him that night. He is still waiting to hear from that person. He brought his vehicle in for the sun roof to be repaired but the facility damaged the paint while trying to repair it and were never able to successfully fix it. When they went to fix the paint, they did not seal the vehicle so over spray got inside the vehicle through the vents and all over the windows, seats and dashboard. Their tools cut the leather seats in places and oily hand prints were left all over inside. The facility told him they did something to set all of the indicator warning lights off but they're not sure what they did, nor did they know how to reset it. They also handed him a handful of bolts and said they were not sure where they were supposed to go. He was originally told it would take two weeks to repair his vehicle but after four and a half weeks they told him they were not able to go any further and they would have to send his vehicle to the manufacturer. He declined to have them do that and has decided he will take his vehicle elsewhere himself because it would mean having the rental vehicle for basically three months. He repeatedly had to call the facility for updates but they never returned his calls. The person who prepared his estimate added a bunch of things after the fact because it had not been prepared thoroughly in the first place. He cannot elaborate further on his experience because he has insurance and legal people getting involved. He would not recommend this facility to others due to his experience.
