Nazrad said the facility had poor follow-up and poor customer service. His vehicle was not 100 percent finished either, but chose not to elaborate further. It was three to four days late due to parts issues. The estimator was slow to get things going. He was not satisfied with the communication for the reasons mentioned. He would not recommend the business based on this experience.
