Lacey said they never did what her husband asked them to do, which was to keep him posted on the process. They kept the vehicle for 3 weeks and she and her husband had to pay for a rental. The repair was 2 weeks late and they gave no reason and they had to be the ones calling for updates. She didn't deal with the estimator. Her husband asked for them to call him when they opened up the vehicle because he wanted to show them where he thought the noise was coming from and they didn't and because of all these issues, she will not recommend this facility.
