Always the best service for my 2003 GTI
Had the unplanned/unexpected happened -- alternator failure. For my 6 cyl. engine, it's a big repair (ouch) because the engine swallows up the space and it's hard to get to.

Kody and Ben took extra care, and not only with the main repair; they found another part showing signs of wear and I only paid to replace the part (no extra labor). They kept my battery on a charger overnight since it had been draining without the alternator working.

I take pride in my vehicles and I appreciate when they are treated with care and respect. Kody never disappoints. The fact that he also loves GTIs is a bonus.
