Spoke with Marilyn. She said Tino keeps in contact with her and helps evaluate exactly what she needs. He discuses everything with her and he helped her make important choices. He shuttled her back and forth from home and work. He is very knowledgeable and very informative. This business washed and cleaned her vehicle. They made sure the little things got done. She mentioned she is considering purchasing a 2013 Audi Q7 within the next 6 months.

The quality of work was unsatisfactory because of the extra work they did. He would recommend this business if a person's other options were exhausted. It is the genuine desire of Downtown LA Motors to attend to all of our client’s concerns in a just and judicious manner. We recognize that problems can arise from time to time; accordingly it is how we handle these situations that will be a direct reflection of our commitment to this principle and is paramount to the success of our family owned business that has been part of the downtown community for over 40 years. Though management was not made aware of the client's experience leading up to the client’s concerns posted in this complaint, nor was the corresponding Service Consultant who worked with the client during this visit aware of the consumer's degree of dissatisfaction, it is our intent to resolve this matter promptly and I thank him for bringing this matter to my attention.
