Wes said he was in for his 80,000 mile service and this business told him he needed to have his transmission flushed, but he was charged for one on his 60,000 mile service. He said he thinks he might have been charged for a service that was not done, but he hopes that is not the case. This business does good work for him and they have been excellent.

Steven said he and his wife weren't happy at all with their most recent service visit. He said this was the second time they had to get new tires for this vehicle since he purchased it. He came to this business two and a half years ago to get new tires and when he was handed the invoice he noticed that it had cost $150 more than the price he was initially quoted. When he pointed out the discrepancy they told him they put the wrong tires on his vehicle and had to order the tires he needed. He said they didn't have the tires he needed in stock, so he had to wait for them to get the right tires in. He was at this business all day and the tires they sold him were supposed to be good for 60,000 miles. He said before his most recent service visit he made an appointment to get new tires and when he made the appointment he informed them that he had purchased 60,000 mile tires from them two and a half years ago and he needed new tires after only driving 30,000 miles. When he arrived for that service appointment they didn't have the tires in stock and they told him the tires would be delivered in a couple of days. It took a week for the tires to come in. His wife brought his vehicle in for him and she was told she would get the vehicle back in two hours. He said his wife wasn't completely satisfied with the service advisor's communication because she sat in the waiting area for longer than two hours before her service advisor approached her. Her service advisor told her they would give her a rental vehicle because they were having a problem aligning the front end. He said any tire place would have put new tires on and done the front-end alignment in an hour or an hour and a half, but this business took all day to put new tires on the vehicle. He said the service manager is useless, but he chose not to elaborate.
