Carol said they did a beautiful job but it took too long. It was 6 weeks, and a lot of people needed repairs, but it was bad and it was very inconvenient. There was so much damage to everything she could understand, but it was annoying. They called a couple times and the personnel were very nice. Hailstorms are horrible and this business was overwhelmed. She used them once before, they did a very good job, and her insurance company recommended them. This business was very good and she had no complaints. Carol stated she knew it wasn't their fault. They were overwhelmed because of the hailstorm.
