Spoke with Joann. She said the repair was 11 days instead of 2-3 days as she'd been told, but it was the insurance company and not the fault of this business. Joann didn't really know if all the delay was due to the insurance company, but some of it was. She wasn't kept adequately informed but when she told them they should have called, they apologized. This business did an excellent job and they were all extremely nice. Joann chose this facility because she wanted the best and Steve Bailey Honda recommended them.
