Steve said he got his vehicle back 2 weeks late because the insurance company took so long returning to this business twice to okay repairs. He stated the delay wasn't this business's fault. When Steve called his insurance about taking so long, they informed him they had a lot of other things to do. He remarked the repairs this business did were very good, and he likes this business. In fact, someone just hit another vehicle of his yesterday, and even though this business is 50 miles away he's going back to them for the repairs.
