Clifton said he wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process, because he told them to call him when they took the frame apart, so they could discuss it with his adjuster and they never did call him. They denied that the frame was bent, but when he looked at the bill, it stated that the frame was bent. He wasn't satisfied with the way he was treated by the personnel for the same reasons mentioned. He wouldn't recommend the business to others for the same reasons mentioned. He is a repeat customer and he has never had an issue with the business before this visit.
