I recently had vandalism done to the doors on my vehicle. Duncan Auto Body did a great job repairing the damage. They have a very pleasant staff. Thank you again for service.

As an employer I can commend the owners for reaching out and taking care of a minor situation. I found the owners of Duncan to personally handle customer service. That is hard to find anywhere!!!!!

Quality was good. Had a set of seat belts for the antigue car. one missing, was told they didn't see it. I wish they would have just purchased me a new one from ebay and review would be good

Jerry said the facility was very thorough and the staff was very polite. They got done what needed to be done. She did have to go back a second time to get the repairs finished because the facility overlooked the second page of the estimate, which is why it was delayed. She did not elaborate on how much longer it took

Rachel said she wasn't satisfied with her overall experience because of the condition of the vehicle when she picked it up. The buffing was off, over spray was all over the vehicle, the sunroof wasn't right and the vehicle was very dirty. After dealing with everything she was satisfied with the end results. The microphone to the blue tooth still isn't working but she decided to let it go. To get the blue tooth fixed she would have to drive an hour one way and she doesn't want to deal with it. The vehicle was delayed 2 days but she wasn't given a reason for the delay. Brian did a good job with the estimate. She wouldn't recommend the business because of everything already shared.
