"Great work if you can get an appointment "
I've taken my car here for several years. I'm always impressed with the quality of work, customer service, and value. Over the past year, it has taken longer and longer to get my car in- this last time 2 weeks driving on an unknown issue that was showing warning lights for ABS and 4x4. Once I got it in, they had it at 8am and didn't run the codes until @ 3pm so they couldn't start work to diagnose the problem based on that info until the next day, again later afternoon, and then another day to work on it... If I've waited 2 weeks for an appointment, I expect them to get to the work more promptly and deliver a faster turnaround time. If it weren't for the waiting, they would be 5 ☆ for sure!

Clay- 

I sorry to hear that you were surprised by the cost of the repair. It is company policy that all repairs are quoted to the customer prior to any of the work being done. It is my understanding that Jim contacted you on 3/1/17 to discuss replacing the window regulator assembly in your Passat. The quote that Jim gave you was $373.20 + tax. We ordered the parts for you after you had given the repair the "green light." Your total ticket at the end of that repair was $411.31 including tax. The only change from the quoted amount to your final ticket amount was tax and $8.00 in hardware. The hardware on your vehicle was too corroded to re-use. 

As I mentioned above, everything that we do in this facility MUST be confirmed with the customer prior to the work being done. If this is not what you experienced please give me a call so that we can discuss it and make sure that it doesnt happen again. In addition, the work that we preformed on your car is backed by an Industry Leading warranty of 24mo/24k on parts and labor. 

We take auto repair very seriously, and with that we expect to provide our customers with the best service and repairs possible. I would love the opportunity to earn a 5-star review with you, please let me know what I need to do to make that happen.
