Mark said his vehicle was in on a Thursday and they didn't look at it until a Friday afternoon. He had friends in town and if they diagnosed and got the parts sooner, he could've gotten his vehicle back by the weekend. Two and a half days were spent in a vehicle that had no air conditioning and he's a little disappointed.

JUST TO CLARIFY WE LOOKED AT CAR ON WRECKER WHEN IT WAS DROPPED OFF ON THURSDAY CALLED FORD CABLE TWO DAYS AWAY ORDERED PART CAME IN ON MONDAY CUSTOMER OUT ON MONDAY. WE DID NOT TALK TO CUSTOMER UNTIL FRIDAY BUT PART WAS ORDERED. WHEN CARS ARE TOWED IN WE TRY TO SEE WHAT WE MIGHT NEED SO THERE NOT PUSHED BACK ANY MORE THAN NECESSARY. IN THIS CASE WE COULD NOT HAVE DONE ANY BETTER. ANY WHERE ELSE WOULD HAVE BEEN WORSE. SORRY FOR YOUR INCONVENIENCE BUT IT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN ANY FASTER IF FORD HAD PART CLOSE WE WOULD HAVE BEEN DONE ON FRIDAY.
