Problem didn't get fixed, no solution offered.
Came in because the truck had a miss. I was told it needed a new distributor and an O2 sensor. Upon receiving the truck back I noticed it still has a miss. Took it back and was told it has a stuck spark plug and it could be trouble getting it out. Very disappointed. My biggest question is why was this issue not checked before determining the truck needed a new distributor? I've spent over $700 to get the truck back running the same if not worse than when I brought it in and the current spark plug issue leads me to believe it will cost a lot more. What would you do if it was your vehicle?. At this point, I have no confidence that it can or will be fixed without another huge bill. Not like Carl's service in the past.
