Harold said the personnel of the business said he had a steering problem that would cost $800 to repair. They called him later and said their diagnosis was incorrect and the vehicle needed a different part that would be $1,200 to repair. He took the vehicle in on a Wednesday and the vehicle was not returned to him until Saturday. They told him the delay was due to parts. He was without transportation all that time and it was an inconvenience. He asked for an oil change and was charged $45. That was the most expensive oil change he ever had. He said he was always charged $30 at the dealership for oil changes he had in the past. He complained that they should not charge him for the oil change since he was being charged so much for the other repairs but they charged him anyway.
