Worst experience
We have been going to firestone for years and always had pretty good to great service. This last visit was terrible. I had then rotate my tires and when I left the shop it felt like my tire was flat so I turned around and went back. Come to find out three of my lug nuts were missing and two were only hand tighten on. I was about to lose my tire!!! It could have caused serious damage to my car or worse gotten in an accident. I feel that the service was unprofessional and more training needs to occur so this does not happen again to someone else. The Manager, Ralph, was very understanding about how we felt and was accomodating but due to this service that we had it makes it really hard to want to come back to this location.

Ms Swisher. No excuses just a sincere apology. We dropped the ball.
We pride ourselves in excellent work and great customer service.
The technician who performed work on your vehicle is ASE certified with over 15 years of experience. We have addressed the problem with him and he really feels sorry for letting you down. He has been placed on probation and given a 2nd chance as I feel that as humans we can all make a mistake.

Again, I want to apologize and assure you that this will never happen again.
I hope you give us another opportunity to earn your trust again.
