I've been going to Elyria Hyundai for over 7 years. They've always done quality work. I've purchased vehicles from them and have always had the cars serviced there with no problems. The people are friendly professional and treat me with respect and care always.

We purchased our 2006 Tucson new from Elyria Hyundai and the car wowed us as did the dealership. Pat Janos and Greg were the go to people. Once they left I had an issue with rotation of tires stated to have occured but...did not. The result cost me new tires before I needed them. We purchased a new 2017 Santa Fe Sport elsewhere (only because it was available with our options desired immediately and not due to price...you matched to the penny). I was not impressed with their service department on three visits. I decided to try Elyria Hyundai on a routine oil change. Walking in I met Mara and was at full ease. Checking out I dealt with Lynn, again enjoyable. Relationships are important and lead to trust. I am confident Mara and Lynn will not lead me astray and I can reach out to them no matter the issue for an answer. Joe & Barb Conley - Lorain

Always pleasant, always helpful, always on time, always thorough. Went to another Hyundai dealership for a recall issue and will never go back even though they are closer.
