Service
Robert, the Service Rep, was courteous, comprehensive, and professional. Despite an oversight by another service writer, which Robert quickly rectified, my vehicle was ready in less time than promised. I did not feel like I had to haggle for repairs like I have at a previous dealership, and I also was not asked to pay for a diagnostic to verify that an obvious warranty item.
