I have attempted to contact you by phone and have been unsuccessful. I'm making the presumption that you had another shop bid the job on price and the other shop came in lower in price. The parts that we bid are a name brand quality part. There are cheaper "house brand" parts that are available. After multiple failers with house brand parts some as soon as two days for wheel bearings, we as a company have decided not to use house brand parts.
I'm also presumming that "bad diagnosis" is in reference to another shop charging you again (second time) to do thier own diag? And that our diagnosis was correct.

The tires had to be special ordered in because they were a lower quality than we sell as standard procedure but were order with keeping your price point in mind. That being said, your car is out of alingment and no matter what tire quality we put on it will continue to eat the inside edges of the tires until the alignment is corrected. The price of the alignment would be a good investment because the cost would be less in the long run than prematurely putting tires on giving you a return on investment.
