"Four new tires on my Lexus"
I needed four new tires. EN-TIRE had them in stock and replaced my old tire in an hour. They are great to work with and I recommend them to all my friends.

"Great service"
The work went fine and was done very well. Then after leaving my daughter called me and said the car wasn't running right and she had to stop and pull over. I called and a mechanic was sent out to where we were at to look it over. upon finding nothing he followed us back to the shop and after just a few minutes it was back up and running fine. We have had no problems with it since. Thanks for the outstanding effort guys.

"Oil Change/Tire Rotation"
I always take my cars to En-Tire for routine oil changes and tire rotations. I was concerned about the balance of my tires when they first installed, but when I voiced my concerns, Jeff, assured me he would take care of it. I really appreciate it when someone takes my concerns seriously and works hard to ensure it's addressed.

"BAD DIAGNOSIS"
We were charged $100+ to be given an analysis that isn't even feasible and now have to have another company diagnosis the issue. We were also quoted more than $100+ over a competitor for the repair they did recommend.

MR. M***,
I have attempted to contact you by phone and have been unsuccessful. I'm making the presumption that you had another shop bid the job on price and the other shop came in lower in price. The parts that we bid are a name brand quality part. There are cheaper "house brand" parts that are available. After multiple failers with house brand parts some as soon as two days for wheel bearings, we as a company have decided not to use house brand parts. 

I'm also presumming that "bad diagnosis" is in reference to another shop charging you again (second time) to do thier own diag? And that our diagnosis was correct.

Vaughn said he went to this business right before closing time to have a tire repaired. They were very accommodating. They told him they would repair the tire first thing the next morning, and that they would call him when they finished. They were prompt and called him at 7:45 am, the next morning.

The tires had to be special ordered in because they were a lower quality than we sell as standard procedure but were order with keeping your price point in mind. That being said, your car is out of alingment and no matter what tire quality we put on it will continue to eat the inside edges of the tires until the alignment is corrected. The price of the alignment would be a good investment because the cost would be less in the long run than prematurely putting tires on giving you a return on investment. I would be more than happy set up a time to correct to correct the alignment, I think that it would serve you well. 785-842-5500
