Rachel said she was not completely satisfied with her overall service experience because they gave it back to her not repaired all of the way. The part that holds the carpet down was missing and she will be contacting them about that. Her vehicle was not ready when promised because it was not repaired correctly when they returned it to her. She was not satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared her estimate because they underestimated what it was going to take to fix her vehicle. She mentioned this visit was referred to her by the dealership she uses but was also the only business that would repair her vehicle.
