Walter said his vehicle looks as good as it did before the accident and the paint matches very well. He said his vehicle was ready two days later than promised and he cannot remember why. He said it did not matter to him because he was not pressed for time. He did not really pay attention to the estimate because it was handled by the insurance company, but it was very detailed. He was not satisfied with the communication because he wished this business had called on the day the vehicle was supposed to be ready to tell him about the delay.
