Michael said he rated the overall experience the way he did because his vehicle was not ready when promised. He said he was not given a reason why his vehicle was late and chose not to elaborate about how late. He did not have an estimate because it was under warranty. He mentioned the communication could have been better because he was the one calling the business to find out the status on his vehicle. He chose not to evaluate the treatment.
