Spoke with Tanya. She said she appreciates how friendly and helpful Angie and Fernando were. They were both happy to answer all of her questions, and they were very patient with her. She was kept informed through the process, however there was not a lot of communication because it was such a short job. This was her second visit, and she left just as impressed as she was with the first visit. The vehicle was ready for pick up on Thursday, and it wasn't promised until Friday or Tuesday. She expressed that she felt her vehicle was in good hands, and she was not worried about getting bad parts or service done. She was very happy with how spotless the interior of her vehicle was left. The person who cleaned it did a great job, even though the repair was done to the exterior of the vehicle. She also said she thought the receptionist was friendly. She chose this business because it was backed by Mercedes, which was very important to her, and on her very first experience with the business, they were friendly and explained the whole process to her, which is why she returned.
