Jesse said his vehicle was 7 days late due to additional damage being found. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process, nor was he satisfied with the business' communication because he had to call the business to get information instead of them contacting him. He cannot say if he was satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared his estimate because there was additional damage found after the estimate was given. When the business replaced his center grill above the bumper they installed a stock silver grill, but his vehicle came into the business with a painted black grill. He said no one mentioned it to him, gave him any options or made any comment that the grill would not be the same color it was previously.
