Maria said everything was moving a little slow. She said she had to wait three extra days for her vehicle. She said the delay was caused because they had to order some parts or the insurance company wrote something down wrong. She said she was not satisfied with the communication because when she called them they did not pass her messages along and it was hard to get a hold of them. She said she noticed a new noise coming from the driver's side door that was not there before. She can only hear the noise when she's driving on the freeway. She said she wants to take her vehicle back so they can check it out.
