Stephanie said she was satisfied with the work they performed on her vehicle, but the communication was not what she expected it to be. She had to call them to get updates about the status of her vehicle, they did not call her. Her vehicle was ready 7 days later than promised because there was a part delay. They never called to inform her about the delay. When she called the business and spoke with the technician about the status of her vehicle he would tell her one thing and later another technician would tell her something different. She said it seemed like they weren't keeping her records in the computer up to date.
