Mike said he appreciates the status updates on the computer. His vehicle was delayed 45 minutes while they finished detailing it. He wasn't satisfied with his estimate because other businesses offered cheaper prices. Everybody was very nice and did a good job so he would recommend them but people might be turned off by the pricing.
