John said he was not kept in the loop. He had to call to find out the status. He was told the vehicle would be ready within ten days but the repair process took two weeks. They had to order and wait for the parts. The business should have been more proactive with keeping him informed. The staff was friendly. The communication could be improved. He had confirmed with a staff member that the vehicle would be ready in a hour. After hanging up he received a call from another staff member that was not aware he had already been called.
