Romona said her vehicle was not repaired correctly, and she will be taking it back in for a third time to fix. The original body work was to fix the passenger side doors of her vehicle. When she went to pick up her vehicle after being informed that it was ready, she discovered that the running board had not been repaired, it was still scratched and dented. She had returned her rental car at that point, and had to go back to the rental company and re-rent the rental car. The second time her vehicle was with this business, they were to fix the running board. She needs to take it back for a third time, because the rear passenger door handle is not repaired. Her vehicle was there the first time for 2 weeks, but was not finished. She had to leave it there for an additional 3 days for them to fix the running board. They called her 1 time, a few days before the vehicle was ready to be picked up, which she felt was not keeping her adequately informed. She was not satisfied with the way she was treated by the personnel. Dennis gave her a very unsatisfactory response to her dissatisfaction with the situation on her vehicle and needing to bring it in 3 times to have it fixed correctly. He was not informed on the situation with her vehicle having been in two times previously. For this reason she was also dissatisfied with the business' communication. She would not recommend this business due to this experience.
