Matthew said he is not completely satisfied with his overall experience, there was a lack of communication and he had to initiate all contact with the business in order to obtain status updates. He said he waited an additional 17 days for the repairs to be completed due to a parts delay and additional damage. He is unsure if he is satisfied with the way he was treated because although he was treated nicely, the level of communication is very low. He will not recommend them to others because of the reasons listed.
