Alexander said the business had his vehicle for 3 weeks before he finally gave them a call to see what was going on. He said when he contacted the business they told him that the insurance was still pending so the repairs had not been started. He contacted the insurance company himself and the repairs were approved within days. After that call it still took an additional 3 weeks to complete the repairs. His muffler was still crooked, there were clips missing from his bumper, and his gas cap had a piece of it missing. He said he felt if the customers' vehicle was not a Mercedes Benz or a BMW they didnt care about it.
