Ken said the service at this business was great. There was a minor issue with the repair but they came back and corrected it. They also extended benefits to make up for the issue they had with the repair. The molding piece they received was for a different model. They ordered a new part, they got it in and replaced it. That took 10 minutes to correct. They followed up to express they were sorry. In the end everything was fine and he walked away very happy. He was very satisfied with the quality of the repair.
