"Routine Maintainence"
Evansville Hyundai always takes my car at the scheduled time. They always provide me with information on any extra service that may be required. They are very thorough and always complete the services in a very timely manner. All service employees are very helpful and friendly!

"Scheduled the oil change and recall part replacement 4 weeks in advance"
They did not have the recall part. Very disappointed because that work was listed when I made the appointment. Did no one make sure the part would be there?

Hyundai America should provide a loaner vehicle to anyone who owns a Santa Fe with the recall engine. Taking the grandchildren on vacation and having a breakdown could be a safety issue.
