They explained what his vehicle was getting into and they were sure to let him know options and pricing details for the repairs and also they were sure to explain what could go right during the repairs and what could possibly go wrong. The repairs itself was very high quality. He was more than satisfied with the work performed and he was satisfied with how they would let him know what could have gone wrong. What they had quoted was cheaper than what was anticipated and also the service was completed about 3 days sooner. Everyone was more than willing to help him with any concerns or questions he may have had and they did a good job and exceeded his expectations in every aspect. The appearance of the business exceeded his expectations. The lobby is very clean and well appointed.
