Alita said Chad was amazing. She was very impressed with the body repairs. There were a couple of issues where the trunk wouldn't close correctly and the chrome on the back door needed fixing. They took care of these right away and gave her a rental vehicle while these were being taken care of. The vehicle was clean inside and out. Chad was very professional, polite, and she was very impressed with him. He took care of the rental, and everything else. He listened to all her concerns and what she had to say as a woman.
