Janice said she had to fight this business over her claim. They would not believe her when she said there was a squeak after they fixed the hatch. It took about two months to resolve this. They referred her to Chevrolet, which found the cause of the squeak. They referred her back to this business. They could not do the repair, so they referred her back to Chevy for the repair. Her vehicle was delayed a day because they simply did not finish the work on time.
