Erika said she would rate her overall experience with the business a 4 because the business did not communicate with her when the estimate was done. For this reason she does not feel she was kept adequately informed during the repair process. She also said she never saw her estimate so she can not say if she was satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared her estimate.
