Spoke with Brad. Brad said the quality of the repair was good. He wasn't completely satisfied with the quality of the repair, because there was a defect in the paint service. It was obvious there was some paint missing or damaged. As a result, he had to wait 2 hours while they resolved the issue to his satisfaction. The repair service was 2 hours late, because of the reasons above.
