April said this business provides great customer service. The employee at the front desk was very helpful, and the employee who helped her with the vehicle was very helpful as well. They kept her updated with all of the repairs that needed to be done and she liked that. Her vehicle looks brand new. The repair took longer than originally promised due to the paint. She did not indicate how late the vehicle was but she told them not to rush. She did not want to get her vehicle back, looking the same way it did from the dealership. They did well and Mark, kept her updated pretty well. She told the employee at the front desk if she ever needed to come back for repairs, she would come back to this facility. She is a repeat customer, and she went to them originally for a rental involved in another accident. For the most recent accident, her insurance recommended she go to this facility. This is when she realized she had been there prior for the rental vehicle. This time, Mark helped her with the rental. He arranged for her rental to be processed at this facility, instead of Enterprise. Which had been planned by the insurance company involved. She wants Mark to know that he did such a great job. Another employee helped her get the vehicle started when she picked it up because she did not know what she was doing. The whole team of employees at this facility is fantastic and it was a great experience. They did a great job and she would recommend them to anyone who is looking to get their vehicle repaired. She will be sure to be back so they can repair her vehicle.
