Lowell said his overall experience was great. He did mention that his brake warning light came on. He went to his regular mechanic and he was told that it could mean that the brake fluid is low. After adding brake fluid, the brake light went off, but his mechanic said that when the brakes are wearing down, then they use more fluid. He doesn't know if the brake issue was caused by the accident he was in, prior to his initial visit he had at the business and something may have been jarred loose. He will be contacting his insurance company about this issue, just in case a serious problem with his brakes comes up in the future. He added that the owner of the business took him home, which he really appreciated and Bret was more than excellent at explaining everything and the overall service he provided. He would highly recommend Bret every time he comes in and to others.
