Rebecca said her repair service was 1 and a half weeks late. It was not the businesses fault. The reason for the delay was due to insurance related issues. They were waiting for the final payment from the out-of-state insurance company. Rebecca stated she prefers to bring her vehicles to the business exclusively. She has brought a dozen vehicles to the business throughout the years.
