Leslie said she was told that her vehicle would be ready on December 21. Her vehicle was not ready until December 23, with no explanation on why it was delayed. She said there was no follow up communication with her. Leslie had to call this business to find out the status on her vehicle. She also mentioned that even though there was a lack of communication between them, this business did a great job on the repair.
