The service department is top notch. I have NEVER had an issue with my car that they didn't tell me to just bring it on in. Not waiting 3 days or 3 weeks as we have experienced with other dealerships.
The service advisors always treat me like they value my business and often make suggestions on needed or soon to be needed service. They take the time to find out if I have any issues or concerns with my car. My 2006 is still on the road due to the service it has received from Fairfax Hyundai. I don't take my car anywhere else even though another Hyundai dealership is right down the street from where I work.
