I loved my experience this time. It was so easy to schedule my oil change with Hyandai. I called on my way into work Monday morning @7:30am, and was able to speak with a very friendly lady who took my appointment request for that evening @6:15pm. Then later that day when I was running late due to work and traffic delays, I called on my way to the appointment and mentioned I’ll be about 15mins late, they were fine with that. When I arrived to Hyandai, they had me drive right up front into the service desk garage and Ray knew my name, greeted me cheerfully, welcoming me back, and was totally ready for me to start service. I waited in their quiet room with the door closed. I was impressed to see that all the chairs seemed in new condition as compared to one other time I was there. I went into the tv room to get a water from the cooler and then went back into the private quiet room and wrote my Christmas cards while waiting. As I was finishing up my last card, a call came from Ray saying my car was ready for pickup. They had washed it and done the service I asked for. How convenient and most friendly service I ever received at a car service center.
