Every time I bring my 2012 Sonata to Fairfax Hyundai for a free oil change, the service is consistently great, the service managers are always friendly, professional, and efficient, and the work is always done within the time estimate they give me. Everyone at this dealership is personable and helpful. The waiting areas are comfortable and offer free water, coffee, tea, hot cocoa, wifi, television, and magazines. I find myself looking forward to my visits as they're actually relaxing. I also appreciate that anytime the technicians find something on my car that needs service, there's never any hard sell to force me into having additional work done then and there. It's wonderful to not feel pressured! All in all, Fairfax Hyundai is excellent in every way. Oh, two more things: it's always easy to schedule an appointment, and they also wash your car before you leave -- unbeatable! Thanks very much, Fairfax Hyundai -- five stars all the way!
