Sales associates are courteous, informed and follow-up on promises i.e. service updates, cost estimates etc. Mechanics are thorough and get it right the first time.

Trevor Schembri helped us personally from time of unplanned drop-off (brakes soft and car with a bad shake) through to completion and pick-up. He took us in that first evening an got a good mechanic on it early. He followed up with three calls on mechanics work and updates plus continued diagnostics and refinement or recommended repairs. Ultimately the mechanic (unknown) found the root cause, a leak in the right brake line, and precluded other potentially unnecessary searches and secondary repairs. The calipers, rotors and pads were smoothed and adjusted as required. Trevor called twice more on estimated completion time and costs. We elected to pick up the car the next day. It was ready and the repair bill was accurate, and less than what we initially feared or anticipated. We have used Fairfax Hyundai for 10 years and would recommend them for courtesy, fairness and reliability. Trevor is representative of their cordial and committed service staff.
