Thank you for your feedback. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority here at First choice auto care. I reviewed your invoice #40438 pertaining to the A/C repair. The only reason our prices would be greater than our estimate would be if our cost on the parts increased which is out of our control. Our computer system automatically updates the prices once the parts are ordered. We do offer a 30 day price guarantee. However since you have been a loyal and great customer I will refund the difference back to you. When ever you are in the area stop by with the estimate we originally gave you and we will take care of it.
The noise you heard after the A/C repair was your belt squealing (noted on invoice #38677 engine replacement ) not bearing/compressor clutch. However we replaced your belt free of charge.
If you refer to your invoice #38677 with engine replacement. Anything on that invoice has a 6 month 6000 mile warranty. The connections that were replace on invoice #39134 were your transmission cooler line fittings which is in your radiator and does not pertain to any previous work done by us. If you note we did repair the oil leak at your oil filter housing free of charge under warranty during your A/C Repair
