Andy said when he went to this business the first time, the mechanic did a very bad job on his vehicle. When he left the facility, his vehicle was still running badly, burning a lot of gas, and shaking. He went back into the shop and spoke with Mike and Michael. They repaired his vehicle themselves and fixed the issues that were left unresolved. He received his vehicle back in good condition. He was surprised that this business also fixed the buttons on his door handle free of charge, he really appreciates that.

I realize we have had some issues with your Chrysler 300 and figuiring out the running rough. We finally found the problem and you have your vehicle returned to you. I realize this has been an inconvenience to you and I apologize to you but please extend to us the same courtesy we extended to you by allowing you to pay out the repairs over eight months.
