Debbie said they were excellent and they took care of business. They helped the best way they could and gave her the best deals. She stated there are other facilities that are not honest and like to play games. However, this business is totally honest and straightforward. She really appreciates that.

"quick troubleshooting"
Their diagnostic quickly got to the problem for my 1991 car. They replaced my alternator and I was on my way.

"Customer Service Beyond My Expectations"
I'd like to let you know that I also let AAA know what excellent service you provided. Between Patti, Jessica and the drivers, I felt that everything within their power was being being done to assist me and it was much appreciated. My car broke down on my 1st day of a new job so my stress level was up there. Being in customer service myself, it's apparent when a service provider goes beyond the call of duty and that's how I felt, taken care of.

"Thermostat Replacement"
My only problem with the repair is that getting the correct parts took a very long time, the car was in the shop over a week. Initial parts were incorrect, I was told.

"First Service Visit"
I am a CSAA member and found out about Fortes Brothers Towing due to my need for a battery charge. The drivers were knowledgeable and helpful, so I decided to try the auto repair. Patti and the repair team know and love cars. (My car's tune up let me observe from the waiting area.) I am, therefore, taking my car back for its next service.
