Raymond said this is the second time he has used the business. The first time the experience was wonderful, everything went smoothly, his vehicle was done when they said it would be and the work they did was great. This time the experience was completely different, and it will be the last time he uses them. In the beginning he was told his vehicle would be ready in 4 to 5 days. They called him with information concerning the estimate but the vehicle they were calling about was not his. It was not until the next day they called with the proper information. His vehicle was to be ready on a Friday, but when he went to return the rental vehicle to Enterprise he found out it was not ready. They had called Enterprise and told them he would need his rental a few more days. They did not call him with that information. He went over to find out how much longer it would be. He then saw his vehicle sitting out in the lot. He was told they had to take it to another business to get it aligned. This was at 3:45 pm on Friday, and at 4:45 pm he received a call telling him they did not get it there on time for the alignment. All together they took two weeks. He chose not to elaborate how late it was. When he did get it back, the air conditioner did not work although it had when he took it to them. He said they appear to be doing it by the book, but they are not efficient and the communication is just not there. He would not recommend this business for these reasons.
